Cost Reduction Analysis

Call Cost Reduction
During any project types we will look to understand what the client is doing by way of call cost reduction and whether they are dealing with the carrier most suitable for their call profile. Any recommendations proposed by Maxim Solutions are rarely based on lowest cost option.

Network Optimisation
PSTN line and ISDN channel cost reduction. We will identify surplus and unnecessary PSTN (Alog) trunk and ISDN2, ISDN30 capacity, and taking into account any Disaster Recovery applications these may have we will make recommendations to cancel the surplus network and present the cost saving associated with the cancellations.

Support Contract Cost Reduction
Existing telephone systems will have support contract associated with them and we will look to understand client satisfaction levels and where appropriate make recommendation for alternative support which may have cost saving associated with it.
