Project Planning
Maxim Solutions will draw up the time lines and define critical dates in a project plan for the client and engineering team. We will liaise with all parties involved.

Training
We will design the Training Programme for the end user, system administrators and operators. Where required, we will create or redefine the clients Standard Operating Procedure in respect of the staff call handling and voicemail messaging.

Telecom and Data Support Contracts
We will evaluate the existing support contract for the client telephone system and data network and report on recommended improvements.

Network Circuit Procurement
We will evaluate and make recommendations for network circuits. ISDN30, ISDN2, analogue, MPLS Wide Area Network.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
We will create telecom and data disaster recovery and business continuity plans with implementation costs and options.
