Defining The Right Technology
Choosing the right technology for the client is a critical element of our solutions. For telecoms, is Traditional Switching Technology or Voice Over IP (VoIP) the right choice? The criteria for our recommendations are defined in our Consultancy Standards Manual.
Considering The End Users
Surveys are carried out as part of the pre-installation data collection used for the system programming. The end user surveys are useful to define how the staff members are handling their calls and how we can improve upon their call handling and routing. Post installations surveys are also carried out to understand how well the new system was received and how users would like improvements and changes made. The post installation surveys form part of the post installation project report.
